MC Apartments. Rules and Recommendations

• Our language is Spanish.
• 18 years is the minimum age for check-in.
• No pets allowed.
• Smokers/Non-Smokers: Smoking is not allowed.
• The total cost of the stay is paid in advance.
• We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), debit cards and cash.
• A photo ID and a credit card are required for check-in.
• The expected arrival time must be communicated in advance.
• Check-in Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Departure Time: Until 11:00
• Entry after 24:00 is only possible upon request and is subject to availability and costs 30.00 euros.
• To access the building, use the last 4 numbers of your reservation and # on the door keypad.
• To access the accommodation, use the last four digits of your booking number in the key box on the door. You will find the keys inside.
• It is strictly forbidden to hold any type of event at the accommodation; failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate termination of the accommodation contract.
• Please minimize noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Guests aged 8 and over are considered adults at this property. Children of all ages are welcome.
• We have cots available upon request, subject to availability and at no cost to the guest.
• Changing sheets, towels, and cleaning the accommodation is included in the price for stays longer than 7 days.
• We offer a low-demand cleaning service and it costs 30 euros.
